Job description

[What the role is]

Support the business owner in change management for the Land Title Registry’s transformation and modernisation programme. Work with both internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, ensuring they are prepared, willing, and able to adopt new systems and ways of working, thereby supporting programme success and a smooth transition.

[What you will be working on]

  • Develop and execute a change management strategy across the programme lifecycle, covering stakeholder engagement, communications, impact assessments, and organisational readiness. This includes building strong partnerships with internal officers and external parties (e.g. law firms, other public sector agencies, etc).
  • Plan and facilitate workshops, consultation sessions, and co-design activities to gather industry insights, validate future-state processes, and ensure proposed solutions meet user expectations. Feedback from these sessions will be consolidated and communicated to the Product and Business teams to shape functional requirements.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Drive awareness and adoption through briefings, roadshows, and communication campaigns, while assessing readiness and developing mitigation strategies to address adoption risks. Closer to go-live, also coordinate user training and post-implementation engagement to support a smooth transition.
  • Monitor engagement outcomes, maintain stakeholder logs and issue registers, and prepare reports and recommendations for programme leadership.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

[What we are looking for]

  • Relevant experience in business transformation, stakeholder engagement, organisational change management or programme delivery.
  • Experience engaging external stakeholders in digital transformation initiatives would be a merit.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, consultations and user validation activities such as demonstrations, prototype reviews or pilot implementations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage diverse stakeholders and synthesise feedback.
  • Structured and detail-oriented approach to coordination work.
  • Team player and positive mindset
  • Good understanding of organisational change management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with the ADKAR Change Management Framework and application.
  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or equivalent certification is an advantage.
