Aufgaben

• Address public feedback on land management and maintenance matters.
• Consult and coordinate with Government agencies on proposals to use SLA-managed land.
• Process issuance of Temporary Occupation Licences (TOLs) for vacant SLA land.
• Liaise with Licensees to ensure TOL terms are complied with.
• Plan and conduct site inspections to ensure land maintenance and deter unauthorised use.
• Collaborate with Government agencies, contractors and service providers to promptly address municipal issues.
• Administer land and maintenance policies and process financial transactions related to TOL administration.
• Verify land ownership and update land data records and other land-related information.
• Contribute ideas to improve work processes through creative thinking.
