Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive and deliver change management initiatives for a major transformation program. The role focuses on employee engagement, communications, stakeholder management and business readiness to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8–12 years of Change Management/Transformation experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Conduct change impact assessments on employees, processes and operations.
• Design and deliver employee engagement strategies, communications plans, FAQs, town halls, and awareness campaigns.
• Collaborate with HR, Corporate Communications, project teams and business stakeholders to ensure readiness.
• Identify training requirements and coordinate learning, awareness, and adoption activities.
• Track adoption progress, identify risks and mitigations, and report to leadership.
• Provide regular status updates and presentations to project leadership and senior management.
• Support employees during the transformation to promote understanding of changes.
• Drive stakeholder engagement to enable smooth transition and sustained adoption.

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive and deliver change management initiatives for a major organizational transformation program. This role will play a critical part in ensuring successful adoption of new ways of working by focusing on employee engagement, communications, stakeholder management, and business readiness.
The ideal candidate is a excellent communicator and strategic thinker with proven experience leading change initiatives within complex organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including key activities, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct change impact assessments to evaluate the effects on employees, processes, and business operations.
• Design and deliver employee engagement strategies, communications plans, FAQs, town halls, and awareness campaigns.
• Partner closely with HR, Corporate Communications, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and organizational readiness.
• Identify training requirements and coordinate learning, awareness, and adoption activities.
• Track change adoption progress, identify potential risks and resistance points, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular status updates, reports, and presentations for project leadership and senior management.
• Support employees throughout the transformation journey by addressing concerns and promoting understanding of upcoming changes.
• Drive stakeholder engagement activities to facilitate smooth transition and sustained adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
• With 8-12 years of relevant experience in Change Management, Business Transformation, Organizational Development, or Project Management.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale transformation or organizational change initiatives.
• Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience within Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance environments
• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent)
