Job summary

Singapore Polytechnic’s PACE Academy is seeking a Programme Designer to develop and evaluate CET and workplace learning solutions that upskill adults and empower enterprises.

Reporting to Senior Manager, you will translate labour-market insights into learning outcomes, applying AI and data analytics with human oversight to ensure quality and impact.

Collaborate with course teams, industry partners and public agencies to deliver scalable programmes and measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in CET or adult learning design and delivery.
• Minimum 5 years in CET, adult learning or related fields.
• Practical AI literacy and responsible use in learning.
• Strong understanding of learning technologies and accessibility.
• Ability to translate labour-market insights into learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse labour-market trends, job roles, and skills gaps with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Translate needs into competency-based outcomes and modular pathways.
• Develop and evaluate learning concepts, micro-credentials, and workplace learning.
• Provide pedagogical guidance for blended, online, and workplace learning.
• Design AI-enabled content development and learning analytics with human oversight.
• Govern projects from scoping to benefits realisation with risk management.
• Build relationships with industry partners, public agencies, and learners.
• Use dashboards to monitor adoption, quality, risks and present decisions.
