Job summary

Singapore Polytechnic's PACE Academy leads lifelong learning and workforce upskilling. We design CET and workplace learning solutions, translating labour-market insights into relevant offerings. You will pilot and scale AI-enhanced learning with strong pedagogical and assessment focus.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will collaborate with course teams, industry partners and public agencies to deliver impactful learning experiences and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Reporting to the Senior Manager (Programme Innovation & Solutions), you will design, pilot, scale and evaluate skills-based CET and workplace learning solutions that support workforce upskilling and enterprise transformation. Working with course teams, industry partners and public agencies, you will translate labour‑market and job‑skills insights into relevant learning solutions, provide pedagogical guidance, and apply artificial intelligence (AI), learning technologies and data analytics responsibly to improve learning design, facilitation, assessment, learner support and programme outcomes.

[What you will be working on]

Responsibilities: -

• Analyse labour‑market trends, job roles, work tasks, skills gaps, learner profiles and enterprise needs using qualitative and quantitative evidence.
• Translate identified needs into competency‑based learning outcomes, modular pathways, authentic workplace tasks and assessment strategies for new or refreshed CET offerings.
• Develop and evaluate business cases, programme concepts and fit‑to‑purpose training, micro‑credential, workplace learning and performance‑support solutions.
• Provide evidence‑informed pedagogical and andragogical guidance to course teams on blended, online, micro‑learning and workplace‑integrated learning approaches.
• Design and pilot responsible AI‑enabled approaches for content development, learner support, feedback, skills assessment and learning analytics, with appropriate human oversight.
• Guide course teams on effective prompting, AI‑output verification, bias and hallucination checks, data privacy, intellectual property, accessibility and transparent AI use.
• Manage NACE@SP workplace learning courses, mentorship support projects and enterprise transformation projects from scoping and proposal development to delivery, evaluation and closure.
• Maintain project governance across scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, deliverables, funding requirements and benefits realisation; use feedback and outcome evidence to drive continuous improvement.
• Build productive relationships with SWDA, NACE Centres, IHLs, industry partners, corporate clients, adult learners, adjunct educators, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Use dashboards, learning analytics and performance data to monitor adoption, quality, risks and outcomes, and present concise, decision‑ready recommendations to stakeholders.

[What we are looking for]

Requirements: -

• Competent in learning and development, e.g. learning solution design, workplace learning solution design, curriculum design, technology‑enabled learning delivery.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in CET, adult learning, curriculum or learning solution design, workplace learning, learning technology, consulting or project delivery.
• Demonstrate ability to conduct learning‑needs and job‑task analysis and design competency‑based curricula, authentic assessments and workplace learning solutions.
• Practical digital and generative AI literacy, including effective prompting, evaluation of AI outputs and responsible use of AI in teaching, learning, assessment or content workflows.
• Sound understanding of adult learning, learning technologies, data literacy, accessibility, data privacy and intellectual property considerations.
• Strong project, risk and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate co‑design, influence decisions and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, business writing, presentation and interpersonal communication skills; able to convert evidence into clear recommendations.
• Learner- and client‑centred, ethical, inclusive, collaborative, resourceful and comfortable experimenting, learning and sharing practice. Relevant certifications or work samples in adult education, workplace learning, project management, data analytics or AI‑enabled learning will be advantageous.
