Job summary

Singapore Polytechnic’s Professional and Adult Continuing Education (PACE) Academy designs and delivers CET programmes that help adult learners stay employable and industry-relevant. This role will design, pilot, scale and evaluate skills-based CET and workplace learning solutions in partnership with industry and public agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in CET, adult learning, curriculum or learning solution design.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct needs and task analyses and design competency-based curricula.
• Practical digital and generative AI literacy, including prompting and evaluating AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Design, pilot, scale and evaluate skills-based CET and workplace learning solutions.
• Translate labour-market insights into learning outcomes and modular pathways.
• Develop business cases, programme concepts and fit-for-purpose offerings.
• Provide pedagogical guidance across blended, online, micro-learning and workplace-integrated learning.
• Design and pilot responsible AI-enabled approaches with human oversight.
• Manage workplace learning courses and enterprise transformation projects from scoping to closure.
