SkillsFuture Singapore Agency in Singapore is seeking a role in the Industry Development Division 2 (IDD2) to lead industry development and partnership engagement for AI-related CET initiatives within the National AI Impact Programme. You will drive design, implementation and continuous improvement of workforce development activities, coordinating with CET providers and ecosystem partners.

Qualificações

• Possess the required competencies to execute the job duties proficiently.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in industry development, partnership management and workforce development.
• Demonstrated strength in research, analysis and strategic synthesis.
• Strong multi-stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills across organisations and levels.
• Proven partnership and project management capability, including contract and performance management.
• Experience in monitoring, evaluation and programme governance.
• Business development mindset to pursue new collaboration opportunities.
• Proactive, resilient and collaborative team player in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
• Experience in workforce development, grants administration, public sector operations or large-scale programme administration in ICT/Media would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Translate industry, workforce intelligence and policy intent into viable programme designs and implementation approaches.
• Develop and operationalise the AI course curation and signposting framework.
• Engage CET providers, AI solution providers, learners, enterprises and government agencies to support workforce initiatives.
• Facilitate strategic discussions with internal and external stakeholders to support workforce transformation.
• Manage end-to-end implementation and operations of AI initiatives, including AI curation and subscription workstreams.
• Oversee AI solution provider onboarding, contracts, service requirements, invoice verification and payment controls.
• Coordinate onboarding, maintenance and enhancement of curated AI learning opportunities and subscriptions.
• Handle feedback, appeals, and case management per programme policies and quality standards.
• Monitor programme performance indicators and prepare management reports for refinement.
