Job summary

Singapore Polytechnic's PACE Academy leads lifelong learning and workforce upskilling. We design CET and workplace learning solutions, translating labour-market insights into relevant offerings. You will pilot and scale AI-enhanced learning with strong pedagogical and assessment focus.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will collaborate with course teams, industry partners and public agencies to deliver impactful learning experiences and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in CET or adult learning design and delivery.
• Ability to translate labour-market insights into learning outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled learning and data privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Analyse labour-market trends and job roles to inform CET offerings.
• Design competency-based curricula and authentic workplace tasks.
• Develop and evaluate micro-credential and workplace learning solutions.
• Provide pedagogical guidance for blended, online, and AI-assisted learning.
• Lead projects from scoping to delivery, with governance and risk management.
