Job summary

SSG SkillsFuture Singapore, through the Industry Development Division 2 (IDD2) of the Training Partners Group, seeks a professional to lead industry development and partnership engagement across AI and CET initiatives.

You will design and implement workforce development programmes, manage AI course curation and signposting, and coordinate with CET providers, AI solution providers and government agencies to ensure learners access high‑quality AI learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in industry development and partnership management.
• Proven ability to translate policy intent into viable programmes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to report on performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Translate policy intent into programme designs and implementations.
• Develop and operationalise AI course curation and signposting framework.
• Engage CET providers, AI partners, learners, enterprises and agencies.
• Lead strategic discussions with stakeholders to support workforce transformation.
• Manage end‑to‑end AI initiatives including onboarding and governance.
• Coordinate onboarding, maintenance and enhancement of AI learning opportunities.
• Handle feedback, appeals and case management per programme policies.
• Monitor programme metrics for reporting and refinement.
