Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, centre management, customer service, or related field.
• At least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Experience in training, onboarding, or mentoring staff is a plus.
• Bonus: background in education, retail, or service-oriented businesses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the centre management team, ensuring consistent service across centres.
• Plan and manage staff shift schedules, including weekend coverage.
• Maintain high customer service standards and act as escalation point for issues.
• Provide day-to-day support to customers and employees, resolving issues promptly.
• Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Develop backend processes to improve efficiency and document SOPs for growth.
• Support adoption of operational systems and report performance to management.
• Ensure compliance with policies and industry regulations.
