Job summary

BlueTree Education is seeking a hands-on Centre Manager in Singapore to oversee daily operations at our centre. You will lead teachers and staff, coordinate schedules, ensure service quality, and drive enrolment growth while maintaining a safe, engaging learning environment.

You will build strong relationships with parents and students, manage admissions, oversee resources, and work with Head Office on centre development.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Education, Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in customer-facing, education, tuition, enrichment, or centre operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with parents, students, teachers, and staff.
• Strong leadership, organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-oriented and capable of taking ownership of enrolment and centre performance.

Responsibilities

• Take overall ownership of centre operations and ensure a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment.
• Coordinate class schedules, room usage, teacher assignments, and manpower deployment.
• Drive enrolment targets and manage enquiries, trial bookings, and parent engagement.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and deployment of centre staff.
• Collaborate with Head Office on centre matters and resource planning.
