Job summary

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to oversee daily operations at our training centre and ensure a high-quality learning experience for adult learners.

You will lead the Student Services team, coordinate scheduling and facilities, coach staff, handle escalations, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to deliver a seamless learner journey while maintaining compliance and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role overseeing a team in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with experience supporting adult learners.
• Ability to coordinate centre operations, scheduling and facilities to ensure smooth learning.
• Proven track record in driving service standards and process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide and support Student Services Executives in daily operations.
• Coordinate manpower deployment and responsibilities according to training schedules.
• Coach team members to improve service standards and performance.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff members.
• Lead by example and step in to support frontline operations during peak times.
• Oversee day-to-day centre operations to ensure classrooms, facilities and materials are ready for classes.
• Resolve operational requirements quickly with trainers and internal teams.
• Handle escalated enquiries and ensure proper follow-up for issues.
