Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, education, training operations, hospitality, retail operations or related service environment.
• Supervisory/leadership experience is advantageous.
• Experience in an education or training centre or adult learning environment is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle escalated concerns calmly and professionally.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide and support Student Services Executives in daily operations.
• Coordinate manpower deployment according to training schedule.
• Coach team members to improve service standards and performance.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Lead by example and assist frontline operations during busy periods.
• Assist Centre Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Ensure classrooms and facilities are prepared for classes.
• Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to resolve operational needs quickly.
• Conduct regular operational checks and ensure procedures are followed.
• Manage multiple classes and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide professional and timely support to learners, trainers and corporate clients.
• Handle escalated inquiries and feedback with professionalism.
• Take ownership of service recovery and follow up until resolved.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations for seamless learner journey.
• Oversee course administration and learner records; ensure compliance with policies.
