Job summary

MIND STRETCHER EDUCATION PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of Customer Relations Associates, and ensure delivery of high-quality educational services at the centre.

You will drive enrolments, supervise staff, coordinate class schedules, manage customer inquiries, and uphold standards of operation while maintaining a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• Diploma holders with the relevant experience can also be considered.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Customer Relations Associates to run centre operations.
• Drive student enrolments and reduce withdrawals.
• Oversee customer service initiatives and resolve escalations.
• Ensure adherence to standards operating procedures and maintain facilities.
