Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager at Compass One, Singapore. The role leads Customer Relations Associates, supports teachers, and drives customer service excellence to ensure smooth centre operations.

The candidate will oversee centre operations, team management, enrolment targets, and day-to-day admin, while maintaining high standards and following SOPs. 5-day work week with schedule from 2pm-9pm on weekdays and 9am-6pm weekends.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of supervisory or team management experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in education or service-oriented environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations comply with SOPs and guidelines.
• Lead weekly meetings and provide clear direction.
• Oversee administrative and logistical tasks for centre efficiency.
• Monitor facilities and arrange maintenance.
• Lead, supervise and motivate Customer Relations Associates.
• Support enrolment targets and tutor coordination; payroll reports.
