Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. seeks an Assistant Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, support teachers and supervise Customer Relations Associates at Compass One. The role focuses on customer service excellence and efficient centre management.

Applicants should have a degree (or diploma with supervisory experience), 4+ years of supervisory work, and strong leadership and Microsoft Office skills. The position offers a 5-day work week with shift-based hours.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Education or related discipline.
• 4+ years of supervisory or team management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Centre Operations: ensure SOPs and guidelines; conduct weekly meetings; oversee admin and logistics; monitor facilities and maintenance.
• Team Management: lead and motivate Customer Relations Associates; maintain positive environment; manage performance and discipline.
• Centre Management: support enrolment targets; liaise with customers regarding withdrawals and trial classes; build customer relationships.
• Customer Service: oversee customer service and resolve escalations; maintain a warm, professional customer experience.
• Financial and Administrative: submit reports timely; prepare timesheets for part-time staff and cleaners.
• Teacher Support: source relief teachers; coordinate class rescheduling; conduct teacher orientation; payroll reporting; assist management.
