Job summary

MindChamps Preschool @ Bishan and MindSpace @ Bishan (Midview City) seeks a driven Centre Operations Coordinator to oversee end-to-end operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver excellent customer service.

You will coordinate trainers, learners, and staff, manage scheduling, procurement, health checks, and audits, focusing on service quality and smooth daily operations. This role offers opportunities for career progression in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must be meticulous, organized and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by handling enquiries via phone and other channels.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth centre operations.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations including scheduling, resource allocation, and basic facility management.
• Oversee ordering of meals and procurement, inventory and management of centre resources.
• Conduct daily health checks for children upon arrival.
• Prepare for audits in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Issue and manage invoices and receipts accurately and timely.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
