Job summary

Mind Stretcher Learning Centre is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, guiding a team of Customer Relations Associates to achieve centre goals and maintain service excellence.

The role encompasses operational support, team management, centre management, customer service quality, financial tasks, and teacher coordination. A strong leadership background and experience in an educational or service setting are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree at least; diploma with relevant experience considered.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience leading a team in an education or service environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall centre operations and meet centre goals.
• Lead and coach Customer Relations Associates; maintain high staff morale and turnover control.
• Drive enrolments, follow up on withdrawals and trial conversions.
• Oversee customer service initiatives; resolve escalations and ensure excellent service.
• Submit weekly financial and payroll-related reports to HQ/HR.
• Coordinate relief teachers and arrange class reschedules when needed.
