Job summary

MindChamps Preschool @ Bishan is seeking a proactive Centre Administrator to deliver excellent customer service and provide essential administrative support. The role covers coordinating daily operations, managing resources, and assisting with audits to ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Business or related field, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business / Customer Service Management is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by handling inquiries via phone and other channels.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth centre operations.
• Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Oversee ordering of meals and procurement, inventory, and supplies.
• Conduct daily health checks for children on arrival.
• Prepare for audits in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Issue and manage invoices and receipts accurately and timely.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service by professionally handling customer enquiries via phone and other communication channels.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth centre operations.
• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the centre, including scheduling, resource allocation, and basic facility management.
• Oversee the ordering of students' meals and the procurement, inventory, and management of centre resources and supplies.
• Conduct daily health checks for children upon arrival.
• Prepare for audits in accordance with centre policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, issue, and manage invoices and receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management to support operational needs.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business / Customer Service Management advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
