Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive / AM for 8 months maternity coverage at our Pioneer Centre in Singapore. Hours are 8:30am–5:45pm (Mon–Thu) and 8:30am–5:15pm (Fri).

The role involves overseeing daily centre operations, coordinating with the Centre Director, and handling procurement and admin duties. There may be a chance to convert to a full-time position next year if there is headcount.

Qualifications

• Oversee daily operations of the Centre, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage correspondence and meeting schedules for the Centre Director and procure office supplies and IT equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of Centre's KPIs, achievements and centre operations.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Organise and support meetings, workshops, and Centre-related events.
• Assist in preparation of grants submissions such as CVs, application forms, requesting quotations.

Responsibilities
