Aureus Group is seeking Centre Managers to lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Executives toward company goals. You will bring strong organization, sales skills, and product knowledge to promote our programmes while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include driving lead generation, managing conversions, coaching staff, handling inquiries, and overseeing centre growth with a focus on high service quality and retention.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years in customer service with 1+ year in a manager role.
• Available to work retail hours and weekends.
• Strong English written and spoken abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls daily and meet lead targets.
• Drive enrolments and support centre growth through coaching.
• Answer calls and emails promptly with professional service.
• Lead sales events and activities to generate leads.
• Retain customers with effective problem solving and high service quality.
• Ensure centre growth by minimizing turnover and optimizing conversions.
• Plan and execute teacher growth plans to meet monthly targets.
• Perform general admin and other duties as assigned.
