Job summary

Aureus Group is seeking a Centre Director to lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Executives, driving centre growth and delivering excellent customer service. The role demands strong organization, sales acumen, and deep product knowledge to promote Aureus programmes effectively.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years in customer service with at least 1 year in a managerial role, and be able to work retail hours including weekends while maintaining high service standards and achieving targets.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in the customer service field, with at least 1 year in a manager-level position.
• Willingness to work retail hours and on weekends.
• Strong adaptability and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; bilingual/trilingual would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outgoing sales calls and meet monthly lead generation targets.
• Lead and mentor customer service executives to achieve centre growth targets.
• Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Carry out sales activities and events to boost leads and conversions.
• Maintain high service standards and reduce student turnover.
• Plan and execute teacher growth plans to hit monthly targets.
