Aureus Group is seeking a Centre Director to lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Executives, driving sales and enrolments for Aureus Academy’s programmes. The role requires strong organization, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service to promote offerings effectively.

Applicants should have 2–3 years in customer service with at least 1 year in a managerial role, be available for retail weekends, and demonstrate leadership, adaptability, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in customer service, with at least 1 year in a managerial role
• Available to work retail hours including weekends
• Strong leadership and adaptability
• Excellent written and spoken English; bilingualism a plus

Responsibilities

• Make outgoing sales calls daily and drive enrolments
• Meet monthly lead generation and conversion targets
• Mentor and guide team to hit management targets
• Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Plan and execute events to generate leads and conversions
• Retain customers through problem-solving and service excellence
• Ensure centre growth with high-quality service and low student turnover
• Manage teacher growth plans to hit monthly targets
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management
• General administrative duties
