Job summary

Aureus Group is seeking Centre Directors in Singapore to lead and mentor Customer Service Executives, driving growth for our programmes. You will oversee daily operations, foster an exceptional customer experience, and promote our music programmes with strong product knowledge.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in customer service, at least 1 year in a managerial role, and are available for retail hours and weekends. English fluency is essential, with bilingual abilities a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years in customer service with at least 1 year in a manager-level position.
• Available to work retail hours and on weekends.
• Strong adaptability and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; bilingual/trilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outgoing sales calls and generate leads daily.
• Achieve monthly lead generation, sales/enrolment, and conversion targets for centre growth.
• Mentor and develop team members to meet targets.
• Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Conduct sales activities and events to support lead generation and conversions.
• Retain customers through effective problem solving and high service standards.
• Manage centre growth by reducing student turnover and enhancing customer experience.
• Meet closures/conversions targets from trials to enrolments.
• Plan and execute teacher growth plans to hit monthly targets.
