Strategic Planning and Goal Management: Formulate annual, quarterly, and monthly operation plans for the campus based on the headquarters' development strategy, clarifying enrollment goals, revenue goals, cost control goals, and teaching quality goals; regularly review the achievement of goals, adjust operational strategies in a timely manner, and ensure the sustainable development of the campus.

Enrollment Marketing and Market Expansion: Coordinate the campus's enrollment work, develop enrollment marketing strategies (such as offline promotion, online promotion, parent-student activities, old student referrals, etc.), and organize various enrollment activities; analyze market trends and competitors' situations, tap potential customer resources, and improve the campus's market share and brand influence.

Teaching Quality Control: Establish and improve a teaching quality monitoring system, regularly inspect the implementation of teaching plans, lesson plan preparation, classroom teaching effects, etc.; organize teaching and research activities, promote the innovation of teaching methods and the optimization and upgrading of courses; pay attention to students' learning effects, timely handle teaching-related complaints and suggestions, ensure teaching quality, and improve student satisfaction and renewal rate.

Team Building and Management: Responsible for the recruitment, selection, training, and assessment of various personnel in the campus, such as teachers, administrative staff, and academic affairs staff; establish clear team incentive mechanisms and career development channels to enhance team cohesion and professional capabilities; create a positive team atmosphere, handle employee relations, and stabilize the core team.

Customer Relationship Maintenance: Establish and improve a parent-school communication mechanism, regularly organize parent-teacher meetings, student growth sharing sessions, and other activities to strengthen communication and connection with parents; respond to the needs of parents and students in a timely manner, properly handle various parent-school conflicts and emergencies, maintain a good parent-school relationship, and enhance brand reputation.

Campus Operation Guarantee: Responsible for the daily administrative, logistics, and safety management of the campus, ensuring that the campus's teaching environment is clean and orderly and that facilities and equipment operate normally; strictly control various expenses of the campus, do a good job in cost accounting and budget management, and improve the campus's profitability; abide by relevant national laws, regulations, and the headquarters' rules and regulations, and standardize the campus's operational processes.

External Relationship Coordination: Responsible for establishing good cooperative relationships with relevant local units such as education authorities, communities, and schools, and actively strive for policy support and resource connection; handle various external public relations affairs of the campus and maintain a good external image of the campus.

Other Work: Complete other temporary work assigned by the headquarters and regularly report the campus's operation status to the headquarters.
