• Willingness to perform a rotating 12-hour shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Execute batch records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Perform environmental monitoring during production.
• Suggest and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior members.
