Job summary

CI&T Software S.A. is seeking a Presales Technical Consultant / Solution Architect focused on CDP to bridge sales and delivery, design solutions, and guide clients from discovery to delivery.

You will lead POCs, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to enable data-driven outcomes. In this role you will craft architectures covering identity resolution, unified 360° customer views, audience segmentation, and omnichannel orchestration, delivering

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive presales experience, including complex solution architecture.
• 2+ years hands-on with CDP and/or MarTech platforms (data engineering, data modeling, cloud data warehousing).
• Strong knowledge of customer data architecture, data governance, and API integrations.
• Experience presenting to C-level and technical audiences; bid/RFP response experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-depth customer discovery and translate requirements into CDP use cases and architectures.
• Prepare tailored demonstrations and articulate business value for diverse stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end presales lifecycle from requirements capture to delivery handover.
• Lead POC projects and manage multiple engagements across stages and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to share patterns and insights.
• Support RFIs/RFPs/RFQs with accurate, compliant proposals and competitive positioning.
