Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Data Modernization Presales Solution Architect to lead the design and shaping of end-to-end data modernization solutions for enterprise clients in Singapore.

This role bridges business strategy and technology execution, translating client requirements into scalable, cloud-native data, analytics, AI, and GenAI architectures while engaging stakeholders across the deal lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in AI/Data delivery, solution architecture, or presales in SI or app development.
• Strong experience in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, and BI solutions.
• Working knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience designing modern data architectures using Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, and related services.
• Ability to quantify solution productivity drivers and articulate business value.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and future-ready operating models in data modernization.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with global, cross-functional, multicultural teams.
• Proficient in Excel for sizing, estimation, and commercial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning activities for Data Modernization opportunities, including RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and client discussions.
• Design end-to-end data and analytics architectures covering data ingestion, transformation, storage, visualization, AI/ML, and GenAI capabilities.
• Define and evaluate architecture patterns, providing clear recommendations, trade-offs, and business rationale.
• Align technology platforms and tools with client requirements across cloud ecosystems and modern data platforms.
• Develop effort estimates, delivery approaches, staffing models, and productivity levers to support competitive and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and capability teams across geographies to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
• Present and defend solution strategies to senior leadership, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Support proposal development, Statements of Work (SOWs), and successful transition to delivery teams upon deal closure.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in AI & Data delivery, solution architecture, or presales roles within system integration or application development environments.
• Strong solutioning experience in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, and Business Intelligence solutions.
• Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience designing modern data architectures leveraging technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Data Services, AWS Data Services, or similar platforms.
• Ability to define solution productivity drivers and articulate associated business value.
• Understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI, and future-ready operating models within data modernization programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with global, cross-functional, and multicultural teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for solution sizing, estimation, and commercial analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing consulting, solutioning, or large-scale transformation pursuits.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive storytelling skills.
• Exposure to multi-cloud data transformation and modernization programs.
• Experience supporting large-scale proposal and contracting processes.
