Job summary

NEO GARDEN CATERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dynamic Catering Sales Executive to handle sales support, client outreach and event coordination. You will respond to enquiries, build client rapport and assist in planning menus and packages for corporate events.

The role requires bilingual English and Chinese communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to lead a team of sales coordinators to meet monthly targets. On-site work with occasional travel may apply.

Qualifications

• O Level or Diploma in Hospitality is required.
• Minimum 2 years corporate sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to converse effectively in English and Chinese.
• Self-driven and sales-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Outgoing personality, able to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone/online catering sales enquiries.
• Establish client relationships and build rapport.
• Generate new corporate clients through cold calling.
• Assist clients in event planning, packaging and menu selection.
• Prepare event orders according to SOP.
• Maintain catering and conference files per procedures.
• Prepare monthly sales reports for Heads of Department.
• Conduct daily briefings on latest promotions.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales coordinators to meet monthly targets.
