The ideal candidate has a diploma in hospitality, at least two years in corporate sales, is fluent in English and Chinese, and is self-driven with an outgoing, team-oriented mindset. Driving license is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• O Level or Diploma in the Hospitality industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate sales will be an advantage.
• Able to converse effectively in English and Chinese to handle both English and Chinese speaking customers.
• Must be self-driven and sales orientated.
• Outgoing personality, highly motivated and independent individual and yet as a team member.
• Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Handle telephone/online catering sales enquiries.
• Establish client relationship and build rapport.
• Generating of new corporate clients through cold calling.
• Assist clients in event planning, packaging and menu selection.
• Prepare event order according to established S.O.P.
• Maintain all Catering and Conference files in accordance with established procedures and standard.
• Prepare monthly sales reports for Heads of Department.
• Conduct daily briefing on latest promotions.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales coordinators to achieve monthly sales targets.
