Job summary

PEACH GARDEN PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business for social events, weddings, meetings and catering. You will handle enquiries, calls, site visits and cold calls to generate leads, and craft contracts and floor plans to meet client needs.

Collaborate with other departments to present accurate menu proposals, collect deposits, and maintain sales records. Mandarin proficiency is essential; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Preferably degree/diploma in Hospitality or Event Management.
• Minimum 1 year F&B sales experience with an F&B company / hotel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is mandatory.
• Meticulous with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to coordinate with Chefs.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends and PH when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Generate business for social events, weddings, meetings, and catering.
• Manage enquiries, sales calls, site visits, and cold calls to generate leads.
• Generate contracts, banquet event orders and floor plans based on client needs.
• Work closely with other departments/restaurants to provide solutions and service based on client needs.
• Ensure all menu proposals are presented to the client accurately & timely.
• Responsible for collecting deposits and payments based on company procedures.
• Maintain accurate sales records and transactions for Management review.
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
