Job summary

Lavish Dine Catering in Singapore seeks a Catering Sales Support Executive to handle inquiries, nurture client relationships, and generate corporate accounts. You will assist in event planning, prepare event orders, and maintain files per SOP.

The role also involves leading a team of sales coordinators to hit monthly targets. Requirements include O Level / Diploma in Hospitality, 2 years in corporate sales a plus, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• O Level or Diploma in Hospitality.
• Minimum 2 years corporate sales experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese to handle bilingual customers.
• Self-driven, sales oriented and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone/online catering sales enquiries.
• Establish client relationships and build rapport.
• Generate new corporate clients through cold calling.
• Assist clients in event planning, packaging and menu selection.
• Prepare event orders according to SOP.
• Maintain catering and conference files per procedures.
• Prepare monthly sales reports for Heads of Department.
• Lead and mentor sales coordinators to achieve monthly targets.
