Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Catering Sales Executive to drive catering sales growth from Bedok North, Singapore.

Working days are five, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, with weekend event standby support as needed. You will manage enquiries, conduct site visits, and prepare quotations to close deals while coordinating closely with Kitchen and Operations for timely delivery. You will build strong client relationships, propose menus and promotions, and ensure a memorable guest

Responsibilities

Perform and secure sales leads and business opportunities to increase catering sales
Manage sales enquiries, sales calls, site visits and cold calling to generate potential business leads
To understand fully, catering menu selections and promotions to make appropriate recommendations and offer advice to meet client’s needs for the event
To develop & foster close and positive rapport with the clients and to create an overall memorable experience for clients
Prepare sales quotations, proposals and catering confirmations prior to deadline.
Coordination of the booking of catering events and manage key events
Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
Provides after-sales service and to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary
Liaise and coordinate with Kitchen and Operations Departments and ensure timely delivery for all orders
Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business
