The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Catering Sales Executive at Bedok North to drive catering sales, manage enquiries, site visits and client communications.

The role requires proactive lead generation, accurate quotations, and seamless coordination with kitchen and operations to ensure event success. Working days are 5 days, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm with weekend event standby. The position offers monthly salary with commission and performance-based incentives, focusing on achieving

• Perform and secure sales leads and business opportunities to increase catering sales
• Manage sales enquiries, sales calls, site visits and cold calling to generate potential business leads
• Understand catering menu selections and promotions to make appropriate recommendations for events
• Develop and foster rapport with clients to create a memorable experience
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals and catering confirmations before deadlines
• Coordinate booking of catering events and manage key events
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Provide after-sales service and address guest complaints with relevant departments
• Liaise with Kitchen and Operations to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues to secure future business
