The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a catering sales professional to secure leads, handle inquiries, and coordinate catering events in Singapore.

You will understand menu options, promote promotions, and build strong client rapport to ensure a memorable event experience. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, coordinating bookings, and meeting monthly targets while delivering excellent after-sales support and cross-department coordination to ensure timely delivery and high guest

Qualifications

• Experience in selling catering or hospitality services.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and close sales.
• Strong communication and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and secure sales leads and business opportunities to increase catering sales.
• Manage sales enquiries, sales calls, site visits and cold calling to generate potential business leads.
• Understand catering menu selections and promotions to make recommendations and meet client needs.
• Develop rapport with clients to create a memorable experience for events.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals and catering confirmations before deadlines.
• Coordinate booking of catering events and manage key events.
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide after-sales service and address guest complaints with relevant departments.
• Liaise with Kitchen and Operations to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues for future business.

Working days & hours: 5days , Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm (Weekend events standby support)
Location: Bedok North Ave, Singapore
Salary : $3000 - $3600 + Commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and secure sales leads and business opportunities to increase catering sales
• Manage sales enquiries, sales calls, site visits and cold calling to generate potential business leads
• To understand fully, catering menu selections and promotions to make appropriate recommendations and offer advice to meet client’s needs for the event
• To develop & foster close and positive rapport with the clients and to create an overall memorable experience for clients
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals and catering confirmations prior to deadline.
• Coordination of the booking of catering events and manage key events
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Provides after-sales service and to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary
• Liaise and coordinate with Kitchen and Operations Departments and ensure timely delivery for all orders
• Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business
