Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive catering sales from Bedok area in Singapore. The role involves securing leads, handling enquiries, site visits, and promoting catering menus to meet client needs for events.

You will coordinate catering bookings, prepare quotations, and liaise with Kitchen and Operations to ensure timely delivery. Achieving monthly targets and maintaining high guest satisfaction are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform and secure sales leads and business opportunities to increase catering sales
• Manage sales enquiries, sales calls, site visits and cold calling to generate potential business leads
• To understand fully, catering menu selections and promotions to make appropriate recommendations and offer advice to meet client’s needs for the event
• To develop & foster close and positive rapport with the clients and to create an overall memorable experience for clients
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals and catering confirmations prior to deadline.
• Coordination of the booking of catering events and manage key events
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Provides after-sales service and to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary
• Liaise and coordinate with Kitchen and Operations Departments and ensure timely delivery for all orders
• Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business

Job description

• Working days & hours: 5days , Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm (Weekend events standby support)

• Location: Bedok North Ave 4, Singapore 489950

• Salary : $3000 - $3600 + Commission
