Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Bedok North is seeking a Catering Sales Executive to drive catering sales by managing leads, enquiries, site visits, and cold calls.

You will understand menu options to tailor recommendations and build strong client relationships for memorable events. Working days are 5 (Mon–Fri) from 9am to 6pm with a base salary of SGD 3,000–3,600 plus commission. The role requires collaboration with Kitchen and Operations to ensure timely delivery and high guest

Qualifications

• Proven track record in catering or hospitality sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet sales targets

Responsibilities

• Perform and secure sales leads and business opportunities to increase catering sales
• Manage sales enquiries, sales calls, site visits and cold calling to generate potential business leads
• Understand catering menu selections and promotions to tailor recommendations
• Develop rapport with clients and create a memorable experience for events
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals and catering confirmations
• Coordinate bookings of catering events and manage key events
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Provide after-sales service and address guest complaints with relevant departments
• Liaise with Kitchen and Operations to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues
