OCEANDA HR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Catering Sales Coordinator to manage end-to-end catering operations, from first client contact to the successful execution of events.

You will meet clients, tailor menus and service plans, coordinate kitchen and service teams, work with marketing and logistics, handle payments, and build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.

• Meeting with potential clients to discuss catering needs and budget.
• Creating personalized menus and service plans for each client.
• Coordinating with kitchen staff and chefs to ensure presentation of food meets client expectations.
• Working with marketing and logistics teams to ensure successful events.
• Monitoring execution of events to ensure client satisfaction.
• Resolving issues or complaints during or after events.
• Processing client payments and maintaining financial records.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Developing sales strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue.
• Ordering necessary supplies and managing inventory.
