Qualifications

• Diploma in Hotel & F&B Management or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of sales experience in F&B / Catering / Hospitality.
• Passionate about F&B, customer service and sales activities.
• Outgoing, self-motivated and independent.
• Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
• Working location at Boon Lay.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing new sales opportunities through various prospecting channels.
• Manage key customer accounts and maintain client relationships.
• Assist clients in event planning, package selection, and menu recommendations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and catering schedules within deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth event execution.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to drive business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and catering records.
• Attend to customer enquiries and feedback promptly.
