• Actively source and book catering business from various leads.
• Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements.

• Conduct site visits and property tours for potential clients.
• Manage event logistics, including room setup and AV equipment.
• Handle last-minute changes or challenges professionally.
• Oversee post-event follow-up, including feedback and processing payments.
