Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is recruiting a Business Analyst for a 12-month contract with a leading bank in Singapore, focusing on Cards & Technology. You will drive requirements analysis, UAT coordination and governance across Singapore and Head Office teams.

Responsibilities include documenting business requirements, managing risks and issues, supporting go-live readiness, and ensuring timely delivery across multiple project phases in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, project delivery or PMO support within banking, payments or financial services.
• Hands-on exposure to the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, design reviews, SIT/UAT, data migration and post-implementation support.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, milestones and deliverables across multiple implementation phases, maintaining integrated project plans and RAID logs.
• Lead workshop governance meetings, minutes, action tracking and reporting to management.
• Support requirements traceability, UAT planning/execution, data cleansing and go-live readiness in a banking context.
