Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is assisting a major Singapore bank in seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 12-month contract in Singapore. The role focuses on governance, requirements documentation, UAT, risk tracking and go-live readiness, collaborating with both local and Head Office project teams.

You will drive project deliverables across multiple phases, ensure traceability, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, project delivery or PMO support within banking, payments or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, milestones and deliverables across multiple implementation phases, maintaining integrated project plans, RAID logs, decision registers and action trackers.
• Organise project workshops and governance meetings, prepare meeting minutes, track action owners and deadlines, and support management reporting.
• Support current-state process mapping, requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria and Singapore-specific localisation.
• Coordinate Functional Specification Document (FSD) and Technical Specification Document (TSD) reviews, consolidating feedback, identifying gaps and tracking changes and approvals.
