Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior Functional Business Analyst to support digital banking and payments transformation initiatives for a financial institution in Singapore.

This 12-month renewable contract requires onsite work at Alexandra Building. You will lead end-to-end analysis, translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, prepare BRDs and user stories, and drive delivery in an Agile environment, coordinating across business, product,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a hands-on Business Analyst or Functional Business Analyst.
• Strong experience delivering internet banking, mobile banking or other customer-facing digital-banking solutions.
• Experience across at least six complete project-delivery cycles.
• Strong hands-on experience preparing BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows.
• Experience managing requirements from discovery through implementation and production release.
• Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, defect triage, change management and release readiness.
• Proven stakeholder-management experience across business and technology teams.
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SIT and UAT planning, requirement clarification, defect triage and business sign-off.
• Assess operational impact and support implementation readiness, production rollout and post-launch stabilisation.
• Manage backlog refinement, sprint planning and delivery activities within an Agile environment.
• Ensure complete requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

• Regional banking projects involving multiple markets.
• Experience working with a major bank in Singapore.

This position requires recent hands-on Functional Business Analyst experience. Product strategy, project coordination or testing experience alone will not be sufficient.
