Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst for a 1-year contract at Raffles Place. You will coordinate project activities, gather requirements, document user stories, support process mapping and design reviews, and assist with UAT and data migration.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in BA/PMO within banking/payments, be proficient in Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office, and possess strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Business Analysis, project delivery or PMO support within banking, payments or financial services.
• Experience in requirements gathering, SIT/UAT, defect management, data migration and implementation support.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in cards, payments, personal loans or transaction processing projects advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables and governance documentation.
• Gather business requirements, document user stories and support process mapping and reviews.
• Review FSD/TSD, track changes and maintain requirements traceability.
• Coordinate UAT planning, execution, defect tracking and retesting.
• Support data migration, readiness, cutover, go-live and post-implementation support.
• Liaise with Singapore and Head Office stakeholders to resolve issues and track risks.
• Maintain accurate project documentation using Jira, Confluence and MS Office.
