Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Business Analyst to join a Cards & Technology Team on a 12-month contract for a full-licence bank. You will drive governance, business requirements documentation, UAT, risk tracking and go-live readiness across Singapore and Head Office, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring smooth implementation in a dynamic banking environment.

3–5 years’ experience in banking/financial services BA or PMO, with Jira/Confluence and MS Office

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, project delivery or PMO support in banking/payments.
• Hands-on exposure to requirements gathering, design reviews, SIT/UAT, data migration and post-implementation support.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and MS Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
• Experience in project documentation, audit evidence management and deliverable tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project activities across multiple implementation phases with integrated plans and RAID logs.
• Organise governance meetings, prepare minutes, track action owners and deadlines for reporting.
• Support current-state process mapping, requirements gathering, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Review FSD and TSD, consolidate feedback, identify gaps and track changes/approvals.
• Maintain governance and traceability using Jira, Confluence and document repositories.
• Plan and execute UAT, data/test setup, tester schedules, test cases and progress tracking.
• Monitor defects, retesting and regression, ensuring SLA-compliant closures.
• Track operational readiness, SOPs, training and communications.
• Support data cleansing, migration validation, cutover planning and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate hypercare, Day 1/Day 2 outcomes and handover to BAU teams.
• Engage with Singapore and HO teams to maintain alignment and timely reporting.
