Job summary

• Process customers’ requests in Card Services Fulfillment (cancellation/replacement of cards, bill payments, GIRO applications)
• Complete requests accurately within SLA
• Manage feedback/queries from customers and business units
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, risk controls, efficiency and service quality
• Support digitization efforts and ad-hoc/admin tasks
