Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
• Proficiency in Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries, feedback, and service requests promptly.
• Process customer instruction forms accurately and timely.
• Manage customer feedback and complaints effectively.
• Investigate unauthorised transaction disputes and coordinate card replacements.
• Support operational tasks including system testing and data reporting.
• Provide backup support for team members during peak periods.
• Assist with ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.
