Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Staffing) is seeking a Banking Processing Officer in Singapore. You will perform verification of customers’ income documents and process card and loan account creation within banking systems.

You will toggle across multiple internal systems for pre-processing, data entry accuracy, and handling inquiries related to card origination processes. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential as you interact with business partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (spoken & written) as the role requires active interaction with business as well as middle office and stakeholders / business partners.
• Good organisation skills and ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Perform technical verification of customers' income documents and process credit card and unsecured loan account creation or maintenance within the bank's operating systems.
• Toggle across multiple internal systems to perform pre-processing activities and ensure accurate data entry.
• Handle and respond to internal and external enquiries related to Credit or Debit Card Origination processes.
