Job summary

WE-PLUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of a new card program in Asia's financial services landscape.

You will coordinate across internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results. The role demands 3-5 years of PM experience in banking/payments, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with Agile or Waterfall methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma with PMP certification.
• 3-5 years of project/program management experience in banking/financial institutions/payments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage internal teams and external partners.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex card programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of the new card program implementation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance.
• Work with external partners on development and implementation activities.
• Proactively engage end-clients with updates and issue resolution.
• Develop statements of work, project plans, delivery timelines and milestones.
• Identify risks early and propose practical mitigation strategies.
• Drive ownership and accountability to achieve on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Facilitate status reporting and governance meetings.
