Job summary

we asia is seeking an Associate Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of multi-stream programs, including Card Authorization TOM and Featurespace implementation for the client.

The role is client-facing, coordinating cross-functional teams, governance, and cadence to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes across APAC markets. A Bachelor’s degree in IT and 3–5 years in fintech/consulting are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of consulting or project management experience in fintech, payments, banking or financial crime tech.
• Proven track record managing large, complex technology programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of fraud, AML or financial crime ecosystems within banks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with data-driven or ML platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with APAC regulatory/compliance environments.
• Certification in PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-stream programs including Card Authorization TOM and Featurespace implementation.
• Serve as primary client-facing project management consultant for governance, cadence, and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Manage governance reporting, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder updates.
• Oversee program orchestration of POC and full-scale rollout with cross-team coordination.
• Support portfolio lending initiatives and adhoc projects as needed.
